Abdullah Alalweet
CEO & Founder
Abdullah has 40 years of professional experience where he spent
his 34-year professional career working for SABIC. Since 2006, he
has served as Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of the company’s global
Learning & Development Center of Excellence – SABIC Academy.
Prior to his CLO role, Abdullah worked as General Manager of
Petrochemicals Coordination responsible for harnessing synergies,
coordination and alignment across SABIC’s strategic business units.

Partner & Managing Director
Swailem has more than 27 years of professional experience in the petrochemical industries and construction sectors.
Swailem is highly experienced professional with excellent track record of value-adding accomplishments and demonstrated skills for developing high caliber organizations that support business strategy, productivity and profitability.
